Arduino is an open source electronics prototyping based on flexible, easy to use hardware and software.
Arduino Uno.
It provides an interface to external world. It has 16 Digital I/O ( 6 can be used as PWM), 6 analog inputs , 16 Mhz crystal Oscillator, a USB connection, a power jack.
